how should i care for my jewelry?
To help protect your jewelry’s finish, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairspray and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
After wear, gently wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth and store it separately in its Mireia box or pouch. Plated jewelry should be treated with care, as its finish may naturally change over time depending on wear and exposure.
what length are necklaces?
Most Mireia necklaces measure 16 inches and include a 3-inch extender, allowing them to be worn at approximately 16, 17, 18 or 19 inches.
Select layering chains may be offered in fixed 16, 17 or 18 inch lengths without an extender. Please review the individual product page for exact measurements.
what is your return and exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the package delivery date.
Items must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the return. Gift orders accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded as a Mireia gift card.
